AfriGo Rental Agreement

Terms that apply when you book and use an AfriGo portable WiFi device through AfriqNet.

1Rental Agreement

By booking an AfriGo device through AfriqNet, you agree to the terms in this Rental Agreement, our Privacy Policy, AfriGo Return Policy, and Refund Policy.

2Booking & Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
  • Payments may be made in USD, GBP, or EUR via our secure checkout provider.
  • A refundable $45 deposit is included in your booking total and is held until your device is returned and verified.
  • You will receive a booking reference for pickup, support, and returns.

3Device Use & Care

  • The AfriGo device remains the property of AfriqNet for the duration of your rental.
  • You are responsible for the safekeeping of the device and any included accessories.
  • Do not attempt to modify, repair, or tamper with the device.
  • Report loss, theft, or damage to AfriqNet as soon as possible using your booking reference.

4Returns

Returning your device at the end of your rental period is required. You remain responsible for the device until it is successfully handed over at a designated return hub or to our collection agent.

5Deposits & Refunds

Your refundable deposit will be returned after the device is received, inspected, and logged. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
