AfriGo Return Policy

Everything you need to know about returning your AfriGo device, confirming your return, and getting your refundable deposit back.

1AfriGo Return

  • All AfriGo devices require a refundable $45 deposit.
  • Returning your device at the end of your rental period is required.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the device is returned safely, regardless of the return method chosen. Responsibility remains with the customer until the device has been successfully handed over at a designated return point or to our collection agent.

Please return your device to the nearest hub based on your location.

(Enigma opens at 6:00pm; AfriGo returns are accepted from 6:30pm onwards)

Drop off from 12:00pm daily

2. Paid Collection Service

If you prefer convenience, we offer device collection from your accommodation anywhere in Accra for an additional fee.

  • Must be scheduled in advance
  • Subject to availability and timing
  • Ideal for customers unable to access a return hub

3Return Confirmation

Once your device has been dropped off at a return hub, you must confirm your return via WhatsApp using your booking reference.

Your message should include:

  • Full name
  • Booking reference
  • Return location
  • Approximate time of drop-off

Confirm your return on WhatsApp

Alternatively, returns will be confirmed by staff at the hub at the point of handover.

If you have requested a collection, confirmation will be provided once the device has been collected and logged by our team.

4Deposit Protection & Refunds

Your deposit will be refunded once the following steps are complete:

  1. The device has been returned or collected
  2. The device has been inspected and verified
  3. The return has been logged in our system

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after successful verification.

The deposit may be partially or fully retained if:

  • The device is not returned
  • The device is damaged
  • Accessories are missing
