Refund Policy

How we protect your refundable deposit and when refunds are issued after your AfriGo device is returned.

1Overview

All AfriGo rentals include a refundable $45 deposit. This policy explains when your deposit is refunded and when it may be retained. For return locations, hours, and confirmation steps, see our AfriGo Return Policy.

2Deposit Protection & Refunds

Your deposit will be refunded once the following steps are complete:

  1. The device has been returned or collected
  2. The device has been inspected and verified
  3. The return has been logged in our system

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after successful verification.

The deposit may be partially or fully retained if:

  • The device is not returned
  • The device is damaged
  • Accessories are missing
