Refund Policy
How we protect your refundable deposit and when refunds are issued after your AfriGo device is returned.
2Deposit Protection & Refunds
Your deposit will be refunded once the following steps are complete:
- The device has been returned or collected
- The device has been inspected and verified
- The return has been logged in our system
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after successful verification.
The deposit may be partially or fully retained if:
- •The device is not returned
- •The device is damaged
- •Accessories are missing
